Fr. Peter Nouck

Founder, Senior Advisor

Peter Nouck is a Catholic priest and has spent more than half of his ministry as a priest forming young people. He has always had the burning desire to empower young people with knowledge, especially students with special learning needs and those who cannot have their desired educational wish due to some financial constraints or physical disabilities. He is currently in the School of Education and Social Science at Saint Leo University in the United States, studying for a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. He has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.

Dr. Peter Robie, MD

Dr. Peter Robie is a 1976 honors graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. During his 44 years as a physician, he has been chief of general internal medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine, a provider of clinical care in Winston-Salem and Mount Airy, and a staff provider at the Urgent Care WFBH practices in Clemmons and Mocksville. He is currently the medical director of the Community Care Center of Forsyth County, the largest and highest rated clinic for the uninsured poor in North Carolina. Dr. Robie has been married for 45 years, and has three children and six grandchildren.

Carole Scagnelli

Carole Scagnelli is a founder and small business owner. She has an extensive background in marketing, publishing and advertising. Working as a Corporate Executive in New York for over 30 years. She has volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Sisters of Mercy Angel Guardian Home in Brooklyn, New York, Cancer Care programs in New York, and most recently Holy Family Catholic Church in North Carolina serving as Chairperson for multiple ministries. She has a degree from Staten Island College and currently runs her own antiques business.

Kathy Thomas

Kathy Thomas is a Program Manager supporting small business banking at Bank of America and has almost 35 years of project management experience in a large corporate environment.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Kathy’s volunteer experience includes holding numerous leadership roles at the auxiliary, chapter, and state level of the Columbiettes and is currently serving as State Secretary.  She is a co-founder of the Marian Missionaries of Divine Mercy Apostolate at Holy Family parish and co-chaired the Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte Partners in Hope 2020 fundraiser.  Kathy also enjoys being a faith formation catechist for Kindergartners as well as an adult bible study leader.

I am a Teacher-Trainer with a teaching experience of 31years. I am a holder of Higher Teachers Training Diploma from ENS Bambili and a Bachelor’s Degree in Curriculum Studies and Teaching in English Language. I can be helpful in molding the minds of young Cameroonians especially those facing Psycho-Social problems during this period of crisis.
